The following are basic information you need to know about our Surfers Paradise Resorts?
Check-in and check-out
Regular check-in time to our Karana Palms Resort is 2:00pm while check-out is at 10:00am.
Once you check-in, we will require a $100 cash bond or your credit card details. If you want to check-in after hours, please know that we offer 24-hour check-in so feel free to come in anytime. If our office is closed, simply follow the instructions at the door upon your arrival.
Service
If you stay with us for more than 7 days, expect your apartment to be serviced. If you intend to stay for less than 7 days, we can also service your unit. Simply place your request and we’ll happily service your unit for a minimal fee.
Plus, all linens are generously provided during your stay.
Facilities
A few of the facilities available in our Karana Palms Resort include an outdoor swimming pool, Tour Desk, barbecue facilities as well as WiFi or internet. Applicable charges come with the use of the internet or WiFi.
If you want to swim in our pool during the winter, please feel free to do so as we make sure it is heated specially during the cold months.
We also provide guests with free secure undercover parking for your convenience.
